About Karen

I have always been drawn to therapy and to understanding how people make sense of their experiences. My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and insight. I believe that nothing happens in isolation, and that many of the challenges we face today are connected to patterns, experiences, and relationships from the past.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual. Rather than applying a single method to every client, I adapt our work based on what is most helpful in the moment.

Therapy with me is conversational and collaborative. You are not a passive participant. We explore together, make sense of patterns, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels appropriate.
